PERSONAL TRAINING
In-person or via Zoom/Facetime, you'll get tailored programming and my undivided attention for one hour, however many times a week. I'll come to your home, work, or private gym in between.
GROUP TRAINING
In-person or via Zoom/Facetime, split the cost of a private session between you and your friends! This can be in the form of a regular training program or a playlisted class a la Barry's.
PRIVATE PROGRAMMING
If you feel like you can do everything on your own, you just need some direction, I'll throw together a structured program for you to take to your own gym. We'll work on a quarterly basis, so 3 months of workouts at a time.

I feel obligated to issue a courtesy reminder that private training isn't your cheapest option to exercise, but it is the one most guaranteed to deliver results. Generally speaking you should plan something around $150 per session, depending on the size of the package you purchase.
