PERSONAL TRAINING

In-person or via Zoom/Facetime, you'll get tailored programming and my undivided attention for one hour, however many times a week. I'll come to your home, work, or private gym in between. 

GROUP TRAINING

In-person or via Zoom/Facetime, split the cost of a private session between you and your friends! This can be in the form of a regular training program or a playlisted class a la Barry's.

PRIVATE PROGRAMMING

If you feel like you can do everything on your own, you just need some direction, I'll throw together a structured program for you to take to your own gym. We'll work on a quarterly basis, so 3 months of workouts at a time.

I feel obligated to issue a courtesy reminder that private 
training isn't your cheapest option to exercise, but it is the one most guaranteed to deliver results. Generally speaking you should plan on $100 or more per session, depending on the size of the package you purchase.

If that's not in the budget for this year, no problem! I'd love to see you at one of my in-person classes for much less money ($25). You can also access our extremely extensive pandemic library of at-home workouts here.
